  1. I don’t think my child is taking enough fiber from fruits and vegetables. How much fiber do children need actually?
    American academy of Paediatrics recommends children older than 2 years to eat (the age of the child plus 10g) of fiber per day.
  2. I’ve tried to encourage my child to eat more fruits and vegetables but he/she is very fussy. Can they take Kidz Total Fiber™ to supplement their fiber intake?
